Lilly is a 3 time First Team All-Region and All-County selection, 2 time All-State First Team and won state championship twice. While playing for the Birmingham Thunderbolts she won a national championship 18U Premier. She played 75 games for The University of Washington with a .300 batting average. She specializes in slapping, outfield and base running.
Caison is a junior at The University of West Georgia. She played D1 softball at Mercer University and won 2 State Championships at East Coweta High School. Softball has played a major role in her life and she loves being able to share her passion with other young players.
Dana played softball at Fayette County High School. After high school she went on to play 2 years at Chattanooga State Community College where she finished 3rd in the National Junior College Championship both years. Her Freshman year she was named All TCCAA second team and sophomore year made the All- Tournament Team. From 2017-2018 she was the JV Head Coach at Hanahan High School, then in 2018 was the Head Coach for 16U Carolina Fire and in 2019 the Assistant Coach for 16U Scrapyard Internationals. Dana's true passion is in strength, conditioning, speed and agility work. She is currently working on getting her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certificate (CSCS).
